356labs, the organizer of “Present to Succeed”: a boutique presentation agency that was born out of protest against bad presentations. They work with top brands from across the world on presentations ranging from yearly performance reports to game-changing IPOs (Initial Public Offering) in all presentation aspects – storytelling, design, delivery and tools. Since they are so obsessed with presentations, they decided to create an entire event about them.
356labs’ ambitious plans were to organize a 2-day online conference with more than 3,000 people from all over the globe to dive into the world of storytelling, slide design, public speaking, and the most popular presentation tools on the market. A separate day was dedicated to 4 exclusive masterclass sessions that ran in parallel for small groups of participants.
To provide a smooth experience to all participants, 356labs needed an extremely reliable partner for a seamless streaming. The challenge was not only because of the high number of expected participants to join simultaneously (3000+), but also because the 30+ speakers were connected from all over the world and from different time zones. Additionally, the format and the concept required two parallel streamings and different tech teams, as the program was divided thematically; hence two separate studios were needed as well.
An exceptional tech support was needed to ensure that everything will run as per plan and the switching between streamings will be seamless for all participants.
