Co-Liv is an international association of coliving professionals who share their vision for developing the coliving community around the world. Since 2017, they have been organizing monthly events on various topics for the global community, thus helping the coliving ecosystem to unite and prosper. After successfully holding the largest international conference Co-Liv Summit' 21, this year the organizers chose to hold it in a hybrid format in Bansko - with speakers and participants from around the world who were physically present in the hall and others who joined online.
The organizers needed a technical partner for the live streaming and contacted us directly following a partner recommendation.

turned out to be a very dynamic and intense conference - over 40 speakers had to speak within 9 hours, which makes 10 minutes of presentation per person! Normally it takes at least one rehearsal with each online speaker for this type of hybrid event to run smoothly, but there was no time for such ones.
The client relied on impeccable organization, technical support and coordination on our part to run the conference without problems and delays.
The organizers of the event decided for Bansko as a location of the event, due to the development of the city in recent years as an attractive center for digital nomads. The chosen venue was the cinema hall of the Bansko Tourist Center. The team of Launchee had to turn the venue into a studio, with a commitment to provide reliable internet connection, video recording equipment and real-time video broadcasting, sound and lighting. As the location was outside the studio of Launchee in Sofia, the execution required an extra day for technical set-up and rehearsals, as well as providing back-up technical equipment in case of unexpected problems.
The live event was broadcast via Zoom, and the recordings provided were an additional opportunity for the organizers to distribute the content of the conference after the live broadcast.
The conference went smoothly and participants from all over the world
were able to fully enjoy it.
